Mr. Bane has been a loan officer for 16 years, the last 7 with Texas-based WR Starkey Mortgage, LLP. During his tenure at WRSM, Mr. Bane has originated 3,240 loans representing $455,000,000 in loan production. In January of this year, Jim will surpass the billion dollar mark in loan production over his career.
An expert in structuring home financing for his varied customer base, Jim is unparalleled in his knowledge of mortgage banking, from the first-time homebuyer, to the most sophisticated investor, Jim serves all with the highest degree of professionalism and fiduciary responsibility. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Mr. Bane takes great pride in being part of the communities he serves; additionally, Jim is heavily involved in the National Down Syndrome Society.
